The eighth annual ILMC Production Meeting moves to a new venue this year to accommodate the increasing number of production professionals who descend from all across the globe in order to participate in this event. As well as a full day of panel sessions, discussion and networking, IPM this year will be adding a progamme of short presentations to the schedule, while increasing substantially in size in order to accommodate 250 delegates.
IPM includes a delicious buffet lunch, and closing drinks party, as well as tea and coffee breaks and ample networking opportunities. Sponsored by eps, EFM and Megaforce, registration is separate to the main conference although ILMC delegates benefit from a discounted rate.

GEI (Green Events & Innovations Conference)
The eighth edition of the UK’s leading conference for sustainability at live events, Green Events & Innovations conference (GEI) is presented by A Greener Festival and Bucks New University in partnership with ILMC. The event welcomes around 150 professionals working or with an interest in environmental initiatives at live events, and draws experts from around the world.
As the industry’s response to environmental management matures, GEI continues to demonstrate the latest solutions and technologies for practical event management. The conference mixes practical case studies and presentations, alongside networking coffee breaks, a complimentary lunch, and a closing party.

Association Summit
This year ILMC is inviting many key live music associations from around the world to converge in London for a one-off meeting. Many markets throughout the globe are facing similar issues and fighting similar causes, often with varying levels of success. Equally, with tours and festival artists traveling across borders, each market has to deal with common situations and obstacles in hosting them, in addition to specific local conditions.
The idea of the meeting is to draw together the leading, active live music association from each market, as well as a small number of pan-European sector associations, to meet, network and present best-case ideas and initiatives. The summit is a closed meeting, with one representative from each association invited.
For further information or to represent your association at the meeting, please email greg@ilmc.com.

IPM Closing Drinks
After an industrious day of production-related panels and presentations, IPM delegates will have the opportunity to head to the Royal Garden Hotel (home of the ILMC) to socialise and network further, this time with a drink in their hands.

The Space Invaders Opening Party
There’s only one place to start invading ILMC's five-star space this year, and that’s at the Space Invaders Opening Party. Taking place early – from 18:00 – 20:00 – to allow delegates ample time for a few game-sharpening drinks before heading out for the evening, this analogue event includes complimentary bubbles, tasty nibbles and great prizes – making it the perfect launch pad for ILMC 28.
Hosted by those handsome girls and boys at .Tickets (the new top-level web domain targeted at the ticketing sector), the party reunites ILMC members after 12 months of global missions. And as if all that networking and complimentary booze wasn’t enough reason to form an orderly queue, we’ll also be running arcade game competitions with some juicy prizes up for grabs. Possibly the only way to begin ILMC 28.

With the Friday conference programme now packed more tightly than a Tetris block, and proving that there is such a thing as a free one, IEG's Power-Up Lunch offers delegates a welcome two-hour window in which to load-up on energy pellets and boost their vitality before the afternoon sessions begin.
Hosted once again by our friends at Istanbul Entertainment Group, delegates will be treated to a variety of delicious meze and Turkish delights, located right across the 'meze-nine' floor of the hotel. As the gateway between East and West, what more fitting flavours could there be for our international live music crowd.

The United Talent Happy Hour
Before Friday night’s schedule of dinners and events kicks off, the guys and gals at United Talent Agency have stepped up to lay-on their very own Happy Hour. Taking place in the York Suite on the mezzanine level of the hotel, it’s a chance to meet the outfit until recently known as The Agency Group, while enjoying a complimentary beverage or three… A room full of agents and booze…what could possibly go wrong?!
Music, drinks, presentations, snacks, competitions...Friday night at ILMC would not be complete without the annual Dutch Impact Party.
As well as showcases from the hottest Dutch talent around, there’s a Eurosonic Noorderslag 2017 registration up for grabs, as well as enough drinks and nibbles to keep the most hardcore player going. And as it all takes place at Bodo’s Schloss, right next door to the Royal Garden Hotel, it’ll take just moments to swing, jump or race over.

Bodo’s Schloss, 2A Kensington High Street, London W8
(Next door to the Royal Garden Hotel)
18:00 to 21:30
Hosts: Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands | Performing Arts Fund.NL | Buma Cultuur | Eurosonic Noorderslag
The Hi-Score Texas Hold'em Poker Tourney
It’s fair to say that many of ILMC's delegates are partial to a high score now and again, which is probably why the Poker Tourney is such a popular event. Bluff, bravado, high stakes… it’s a great way to make new friends, lie to their faces and win the shirts off their backs!
Sign-up when you register, or email marketing@ilmc.com for a chance to win one of the bar tab prizes on offer. Alternatively, if you feel like a gamble, swing by on Friday night and enquire about any last-minute places before the event commences.
The tourney costs just £20 to enter and all proceeds go towards the Nikos Fund, which this year is raising money for Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders.

The Multiplayers Table Football Coupe du Monde
The best video games work better in multiplayer mode, which is also true of the Table Football Coupe du Monde. A late-night competition of dubious moral and physical calibre, players sign-up in pairs to fight a series of rounds, battling for the smallest World Cup known to mankind...
Hosted by Wembley Stadium, the fate of the Coupe du Monde is decided on ILMC’s personalised (and competition standard) Bonzini table, which made its debut last year.
Be in the bar by 22:00 to sign-up with your co-player, then be ready to battle for international glory. IQ’s Terry ‘Supersonic’ McNally referees.

Those lovely folk at EAA (European Arenas Association) host the second free ILMC lunch, as the Royal Garden Hotel’s consummate chefs showcase their considerable talents and lay on a buffet menu to remember. The Match of the Year showdown sees the UK take on the Rest of the World in a match of epic proportions, as the giants of the live industry get together for 90-minutes of analogue gameplay.

The Mario Bros. Gala Dinner & Super Arthurio Awards
This is the one night of the year when 350 of the live music industry's’ power players, bosses and princesses come together. ILMC’s Gala Dinner and Arthur Awards once more takes place in the glittering surroundings of London’s most iconic hotel, The Savoy. This year, Mario and Luigi’s long-lost sibling, Arthurio, fronts the most prestigious evening in the live calendar.
Guests will enjoy a champagne reception upon arrival, followed by a four-course feast with a selection of fine wines and entertainment. After dinner, the live music industry’s Oscar equivalents - the Arthurio Awards - will be presented.

Grand Theft Auto-Tune Karaoke
A favourite for the wannabe pop stars, the karaoke hardcore, the tambourine shakers or anyone who likes a giggle, the Grand Theft Auto-Tune Karaoke will be the scene of a multitude of crimes, all against music. Largely offensive to anyone sober or with perfect pitch or a hotel room directly above the York Suite, expect outrageous performances and a touch of hilarity from late on Saturday until the early hours of Sunday.
With themed cocktails, boxes of props and costumes for inspiration, and prizes for the best Super Mario impersonation, this late-night dive is where the majority of the Saturday-night party crowd ends up, and gets completely pixelated.

With many ILMCers still around on Sunday night, we’ll be reserving tables for dinner at a location not far from the Royal Garden Hotel. Anyone who’d like to join the ILMC team for this informal supper is welcome. There’s no advance booking, no need to sign-up in advance, just turn up on the night.
It’s a last supper for all the game players and industry architects who just can't face the journey home yet. And did we mention that ILMC has exclusive use of the Royal Garden Hotel bar afterwards as well…? It’s a final bonus stage before facing the boss on Monday morning...even if you are the boss.
