Call for Charity Prizes

Each year, ILMC raises a significant sum of money for our chosen charity, which this year is Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders, the world's leading emergency medical humanitarian aid organisation.
To help with this fundraising, ILMC is looking for prizes that can be won during Sunday afternoon’s Nikos Fund Prize Draw, or that can be bid on via our closed eAuction. Do you have anything you’d like to contribute? It could be anything from tickets and experiences, to memorabilia or more. Email with details.

And don’t forget to be in the room on Sunday 6 March at 14:45 for a chance to win one of them!

Green Events and Innovations Update

The day before ILMC begins proper, the Green Events & Innovations Conference (GEI) will take place in the Royal Garden Hotel, and all ILMC delegates are entitled to a discount pass for the event, which will welcome around 150 professionals that are working, or with an interest in, environmental initiatives at live events.
The full agenda for the day is now online here, and includes contributions and presentations fromJoanna Haigh (Grantham Institute for Climate Change and the Environment), Rob Scully (Zap Concepts), Holger Jan Schmidt (GO Group/Yourope), Chris Tofu (Continental Drifts), Tim Benson(Firefly Clean Energy), Nina Pulford (Love Support Unite Foundation) and Fruzsina Szép (Lollapalooza Berlin).
So, if you’re arriving early for ILMC, and enthused by a day of inspiring sessions and keynotes on the greener side of live events, be sure to sign up for GEI when you register for ILMC, or to add the event to your booking.

Last Chance to Get in The Globetrotter's Guide

This Friday is the deadline for ILMC delegates to have their details listed in the Globetrotters Guide, the official handbook of ILMC 28. The Globetrotter’s Guide lists all delegates contact information, the full schedule, industry associations, local information and plenty more besides, and is given to each delegate upon their arrival at the ILMC.
If you haven’t already registered for ILMC and would like to, please make sure you sign-up for one of the few remaining places before 18:00 GMT on Friday in order to have your details included in the handbook.
